लखनऊ: आयुष्मान कार्डधारकों को निजी अस्पतालों में भी मिलेगी निशुल्क ओपीडी की सुविधा

आयुष्मान कार्डधारक मरीजों को निजी अस्पतालों की ओपीडी में भी निशुल्क ओपीडी की सुविधा मिलेगी। कुछ निजी अस्पतालों में आयुष्मान कार्ड पर मुफ्त इलाज के बजाय सिर्फ दरों में छूट मिलेगी। ये सुविधा देने वाला उत्तर प्रदेश पहला राज्य है।

प्रदेश में आयुष्मान सुविधा दिलाने वाली स्टेट एजेंसी फॉर कांप्रिहेंसिव हेल्थ एंड इंट्रीग्रेटेड सर्विस (साचीज) ने अस्पताल अपॉइंटमेंट प्रणाली विकसित की है। इसके जरिये प्रधानमंत्री जन आरोग्य योजना के लाभार्थियों को राज्य हेल्पलाइन के जरिये ओपीडी सुविधा उपलब्ध कराने का फैसला लिया गया है। इसके तहत मरीज हेल्पलाइन पर कॉल कर निजी अस्पताल की ओपीडी के लिए अपॉइंटमेंट बुक कर सकेंगे।

आयुष्मान भारत में संबद्ध निजी अस्पतालों में पहले चरण में 180 अस्पतालों को चुना गया है। इनमें करीब 20 अस्पताल अपॉइंटमेंट लेकर आने वाले आयुष्मान कार्डधारकों को निशुल्क ओपीडी सुविधा देंगे। बाकी अस्पताल 20 से 50 फीसदी तक ओपीडी शुल्क में छूट देंगे। इसके लिए संबंधित निजी अस्पतालों ने साचीज के साथ समझौता किया है। अगले चरण में अन्य निजी अस्पतालों को भी इस योजना में शामिल किया जाएगा।

पांच तरह की ओपीडी शामिल

नई व्यवस्था में पांच तरह की ओपीडी शामिल की गई हैं। सामान्य मरीजों को जनरल ओपीडी में उपचार मिलेगा। स्पेशियलिटी ओपीडी में हार्ट, किडनी, गैस्ट्रो के मरीज, इलेक्टिव ओपीडी में घुटना प्रत्यारोपण, प्रसव, मोतियाबिंद के मरीज, फालोअप में दूसरी बार आने वाले मरीज और इमरजेंसी ओपीडी में आकस्मिक मरीज देखे जाएंगे।

इन ओपीडी में आने वाले जिन मरीजों को भर्ती करने की जरूरत होगी, उन्हें योजना में पंजीकृत करके सभी सुविधाएं निशुल्क दी जाएंगी। जिन्हें भर्ती करने की छूट नहीं होगी, उन्हें संबंधित अस्पताल की ओर से तय की गई ओपीडी फीस में छूट मिलेगी।
