यूपी में भीषण शीतलहर का असर, कक्षा एक से 12 तक के सभी स्कूल एक जनवरी तक बंद

उत्तर प्रदेश में कड़ाके की ठंड और भीषण शीतलहर के प्रकोप को देखते हुए मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने कड़े कदम उठाए हैं। सीएम ने प्रदेश के सभी बोर्डों (ICSE, CBSE और यूपी बोर्ड) के कक्षा 12वीं तक के स्कूलों को 1 जनवरी तक बंद करने का आदेश दिया है। मुख्यमंत्री ने स्पष्ट किया है कि शीतलहर के दौरान बच्चों की सुरक्षा सर्वोपरि है, इसमें किसी भी प्रकार की लापरवाही बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी। इस दौरान स्कूल पूरी तरह से बंद रखे जाएंगे।

मुख्यमंत्री ने शासन और प्रशासन के आला अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए हैं कि वे स्वयं क्षेत्रों में भ्रमणशील रहकर जमीनी हकीकत का जायजा लें। सीएम ने कहा कि भीषण ठंड को देखते हुए हर जिले के सार्वजनिक स्थलों पर अलाव और कंबलों की पर्याप्त व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित की जाए।

सीएम ने दिए ये निर्देश
प्रदेश में कोई भी व्यक्ति कड़ाके की ठंड में खुले में सोने को मजबूर न हो।
सभी रैन बसेरों में बिछौने, कंबल और साफ-सफाई समेत सभी आवश्यक सुविधाएं पुख्ता की जाएं।
अधिकारी यह सुनिश्चित करें कि जरूरतमंदों को समय पर राहत सामग्री और आश्रय प्राप्त हो।

प्राइमरी से 12 वीं तक के सभी विद्यालय 1 जनवरी तक बंद, डीएम लखनऊ ने दिए आदेश
घना कोहरा, गलन और ताममान में लगातार गिरावट से बढ़ती ठंड को देखते हुए राजधानी में प्री प्राइमरी से कक्षा 12 वीं तक के सभी विद्यालय 1 जनवरी तक बंद रहेंगे। जिलाधिकारी विशाख जी ने इस संबंध में आदेश जारी करते हुए कड़ाई से पालन करने के निर्देश दिए।

जिलाधिकारी के अनुसार, राजधानी में शीतलहर, घना कोहरा होने एवं मौसम विभाग के पूर्वानुमान को देखते रखते हुए यह फैसला लिया गया है। कक्षा प्री-प्राइमरी से कक्षा-12 तक संचालित सभी परिषदीय, प्राथमिक एवं उच्च प्राथमिक विद्यालय,सहायता प्राप्त विद्यालय व सभी बोर्डो से मान्यता प्राप्त विद्यालयों,कस्तूरबा गांधी आवासीय बालिका विद्यालयों, राजकीय, अशासकीय सहायता प्राप्त विद्यालयों में 29 दिसंबर से 1 जनवरी 2026 तक अवकाश रहेगा।

37 जिलों में सोमवार को घने कोहरे का अलर्ट
उत्तर प्रदेश में हो रही भीषण ठंड लोगों की कंपकंपी छुड़ा रही है। पहाड़ों पर हुई बर्फबारी और वहां से आ रही सर्द पछुआ हवाओं के साथ घना कोहरा लोगों की मुश्किलें बढ़ा रहा है। माैसम विभाग का कहना है कि प्रदेश में अगले तीन दिनों तक इस गलन और कोहरे से राहत की संभावना नहीं है।

सोमवार के लिए प्रदेश के 37 जिलों में घने कोहरे का ऑरेंज अलर्ट जारी किया गया है। साथ ही प्रयागराज, वाराणसी, कानपुर समेत 12 जिलों में दिन के तापमान में भारी गिरावट यानी शीत दिवस की चेतावनी जारी किया गया है।

रविवार को घने कोहरे की वजह से आगरा, प्रयागराज, कानपुर और सहारनपुर में दृश्यता शून्य हो गई। वहीं फतेहपुर में 10 मी., मेरठ में 15 मी. और हमीरपुर में 20 मीटर दृश्यता दर्ज हुई। 6.7 डिग्री न्यूनतम तापमान के साथ मेरठ और इटावा में सबसे ठंडी रात रही।

आंचलिक मौसम विज्ञान केंद्र लखनऊ के वरिष्ठ वैज्ञानिक अतुल कुमार सिंह ने बताया कि उत्तर प्रदेश में अगले तीन दिनों तक ठंड और कोहरे से राहत के आसार नहीं हैं। अगले तीन दिनों के लिए प्रदेश के ज्यादातर हिस्सों में कोहरे का प्रकोप रहेगा। इसके बाद दिन में हल्की धूप और पारे में मामूली बढ़त से राहत की परिस्थितियां बनेंगी।

प्रयागराज, वाराणसी, भदोही, बहराइच, सीतापुर, हरदोई, कानपुर नगर, उन्नाव, लखनऊ, बाराबंकी, रायबरेली, अयोध्या व आसपास के इलाकों में।
