29 एकड़ जमीन से अतिक्रमण हटाने के उत्तराखंड हाईकोर्ट के निर्देश पर SC ने लगाई रोक

उत्तराखंड हाईकोर्ट के आदेश के आधार पर इस इलाके को 10 जनवरी से अतिक्रम मुक्त कराने के लिए अभियान चलाया जाना था। इसके खिलाफ हल्द्वानी में बड़े पैमाने पर विरोध प्रदर्शन चल रहा है। इस इलाकें में दशकों से रह रहे लोगों के विरोध-प्रदर्शन को कांग्रेस, समाजवादी पार्टी, एआईएमआईएम जैसे राजनीतिक दलों का समर्थन मिला है।
