उत्तराखंड: एलयूसीसी मामले में जल्द शुरू होगी सीबीआई जांच

एलयूसीसी मामले में जल्द सीबीआई जांच शुरू होगी। पिछले दिनों हाईकोर्ट भी एजेंसी को जांच के आदेश दे चुका है।

एलयूसीसी चिटफंड घोटाले में सीबीआई जल्द जांच शुरू करेगी। इसके लिए सीबीआई के स्थानीय कार्यालय में हाईकोर्ट के आदेश के बाद जरूरी प्रक्रियाएं शुरू हो गई हैं। जल्द ही सीबीआई पुलिस से अब तक की जांच का ब्योरा और दस्तावेज मांगने के लिए पत्राचार करेगी।

बता दें कि गत 16 सितंबर को हाईकोर्ट ने इस मामले में सीबीआई को जांच करने के आदेश दिए थे। इस प्रकरण में उत्तराखंड सीआईडी ने जांच की थी। कुल 10 आरोपियों के खिलाफ चार्जशीट दाखिल की जा चुकी है। मुकदमों में स्पेशल बड्स एक्ट कोर्ट में कार्यवाही चल रही है।

इस प्रकरण में राज्य में नौ मुकदमे दर्ज किए गए थे। एलयूसीसी कंपनी ने छोटी-छोटी रकम जोड़कर बचत करने वाले लोगों से करीब 100 करोड़ रुपये ठगे हैं।
