अदाणी ग्रुप, जिसके चेयरमैन गौतम अदाणी हैं, की अदाणी एंटरप्राइजेज लिमिटेड ने 03 नवंबर 2025 को भारत में “मुंगेर सुल्तानगंज रोड लिमिटेड” नाम की फुली सब्सिडियरी कंपनी बनाई है। इस कंपनी की सब्सक्राइब्ड कैपिटल 1,00,000 रुपये जो 10,000 इक्विटी शेयरों में बंटा हुई है। हर शेयर 10 रुपये का है।
कंपनी ने अभी कारोबार शुरू नहीं किया है। इसलिए इसका टर्नओवर और रेवेन्यू नहीं है।

किस सेक्टर में कारोबार करेगी कंपनी
अदाणी एंटरप्राइजेज की तरफ से दी गयी जानकारी के अनुसार मुंगेर सुल्तानगंज रोड लिमिटेड इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर सेक्टर में कारोबार करेगी। कंपनी बिहार राज्य में हाइब्रिड एन्युटी मोड पर “मुंगेर (सफियाबाद)-बरियारपुर-घोरघाट-सुल्तानगंज रोड को जोड़ने वाले गंगा पथ का निर्माण” प्रोजेक्ट का डेवलपमेंट, मेंटेनेंस और मैनेजमेंट करेगी।

किसकी है हिस्सेदारी
मुंगेर सुल्तानगंज रोड लिमिटेड में पूरी 100 फीसदी हिस्सेदारी अदाणी एंटरप्राइजेज की है। इस बीच अदाणी एंटरप्राइजेज का शेयर 2469.55 रुपये के पिछले क्लोजिंग लेवल के मुकाबले आज सुबह BSE पर 2483.05 रुपये पर खुला है।
