अभिभावकों को राहत…शिक्षा विभाग ने निजी विद्यालयों की शिकायत के लिए जारी किया ये टोल फ्री नंबर

माध्यमिक शिक्षा विभाग ने निजी विद्यालयों से संबंधित विभिन्न शिकायतों के निपटारे के लिए टोल फ्री नंबर 1800 180 4275 जारी कर दिया है। अब इस नंबर पर अभिभावक निजी विद्यालयों से संबंधित शिकायतें दर्ज करा सकेंगे। शिक्षा मंत्री डाॅ.धन सिंह रावत ने शिक्षा निदेशालय में आयोजित कार्यक्रम में नंबर जारी करते हुए कहा कि इस पर आने वाली शिकायतों पर विभागीय कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

शिक्षा मंत्री ने टोल फ्री नंबर के साथ ही विभागीय वेबसाइट schooleducation.uk.gov.in का भी विधिवत शुभारंभ किया। उन्होंने कहा, प्रदेशभर से अभिभावकों की निजी स्कूलों के शुल्क बढ़ाने, स्कूल ड्रेस एवं महंगी किताबें थोपे जाने की विभाग को लगातार शिकायतें मिल रही हैं। जिसको देखते हुए विभाग ने टोल फ्री नंबर जारी किया है।

मंत्री ने कहा, इस नंबर पर अभिभावक प्रत्येक कार्यदिवस पर सुबह 9ः30 से शाम 5ः30 बजे तक कॉल करके अपनी समस्याएं एवं शिकायतें दर्ज करा सकते हैं। निदेशालय स्तर से सक्षम अधिकारी दर्ज शिकायतों का हर दिन मूल्यांकन कर संबंधित जिले के अधिकारियों को निस्तारण के लिए भेजेंगे। वहीं, संबंधित जिले के अधिकारी प्राप्त शिकायत का निराकरण करते हुए निदेशालय को रिपोर्ट करेंगे।
