सीएम योगी बोले: संपत्तियों के लंबित भुगतान वसूलने के लिए लागू करें ओटीएस योजना

विकास प्राधिकरणों और आवास विकास परिषद की आवंटित संपत्तियों के लंबित भुगतान की वसूली के लिए राज्य सरकार जल्द ही एकमुश्त समाधान योजना (ओटीएस)-2026 लागू करेगी। इससे प्रदेश भर के 19 हजार से अधिक आवंटियों को बड़ी राहत मिलेगी।

मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने बुधवार को आवास विभाग और आवास विकास परिषद के अधिकारियों के साथ समीक्षा बैठक में निर्देश दिए कि ओटीएस के माध्यम से वर्षों से लंबित मामलों का जल्द निस्तारण किया जाए। योजना के तहत आवासीय और व्यावसायिक संपत्तियों पर लगे ब्याज और दंड शुल्क (पेनाल्टी) में भारी छूट दी जाएगी।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि लंबे समय से बकाया देयों और विवादित मामलों के कारण न सिर्फ योजनाओं की प्रगति रुक रही है, बल्कि आम लोगों को भी परेशानी उठानी पड़ रही है। इसलिए ओटीएस को व्यावहारिक, सरल और जनहितकारी बनाया जाए। उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि योजना का उद्देश्य केवल वसूली नहीं, बल्कि आम नागरिकों को राहत देना होना चाहिए।

किश्तों में भुगतान की भी सुविधा
सीएम ने निर्देश दिए कि यदि कोई आवंटी एकमुश्त भुगतान करने में सक्षम नहीं है, तो उसे किश्तों में भुगतान की सुविधा दी जाए। वहीं, जो आवंटी एकमुश्त भुगतान करेंगे, उन्हें अतिरिक्त छूट का लाभ भी दिया जाए। उन्होंने सभी आवेदनों का निस्तारण निर्धारित समयसीमा में सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए।

2020 की ओटीएस से फिर हुए थे डिफॉल्ट
गौरतलब है कि 2020 में भी ओटीएस योजना लागू की गई थी, जिससे हजारों लोगों को लाभ मिला था। लेकिन कोविड-19 के कारण कई आवंटी अंतिम भुगतान नहीं कर पाए और उनके मामले फिर डिफॉल्ट हो गए। ऐसे लोगों की संख्या अब 19 हजार से अधिक है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि इस बार योजना का लाभ हर पात्र व्यक्ति तक पहुंचे, इसके लिए व्यापक प्रचार-प्रसार किया जाए।

अयोध्या में बनेगी वैदेही आर्ट गैलरी
