ऋषभ पंत ने टेस्‍ट क्रिकेट में अपनी वापसी के लिए दिया ग्रीन सिग्‍नल

भारतीय टीम के स्‍टार विकेटकीपर बल्‍लेबाज ऋषभ पंत अंतरराष्‍ट्रीय क्रिकेट में वापसी के लिए तैयार हैं। इंग्‍लैंड में पैर में चोट लगने के कारण पंत कुछ महीने से क्रिकेट एक्‍शन से दूर रहे।

पंत को इंग्‍लैंड में मैनचेस्‍टर टेस्‍ट के दौरान पैर में चोट लगी थी। उन्‍होंने क्रिस वोक्‍स की गेंद पर रिवर्स स्‍वीप शॉट खेलने का प्रयास किया और गेंद बल्‍ले के किनारे से लगने के बाद उनके पैर पर लगी। इस कारण उनके पैर में फ्रैक्‍चर हो गया था।

पंत को जुलाई में चोट लगी थी और तब से वो क्रिकेट एक्‍शन से दूर हैं। इस समय वो दक्षिण अफ्रीका ए के खिलाफ अनऑफिशियल टेस्‍ट में भारत ए का प्रतिनिधित्‍व कर रहे हैं। पंत ने पहली पारी में 17 रन बनाए।

पंत ने क्‍या कहा
बीसीसीआई ने एक वीडियो जारी किया, जिसमें पंत ने कहा, ‘प्रक्रिया का पहला हिस्‍सा दर्द से राहत पाने का था। पहले छह सप्‍ताह में आपको चोट से राहत पाना थी और फिर सेंटर ऑफ एक्‍सीलेंस (सीओई) को रिपोर्ट करना था। अच्‍छी बात रही कि सबकुछ ठीक हुआ।’

उन्‍होंने साथ ही कहा, ‘मैंने अपना रिहैब धीमे शुरू किया। शुरुआती दिनों में काफी फिजियोथैरेपी हुई और इस पर बारीकी से नजर रखी गई। एक बार जब मैं थोड़ा चलने लगा तो फिर ताकत बनाने पर ध्‍यान लगाया, जिससे दूसरे चरण की शुरुआत हुई। अभी मैं खुशी से कह सकता हूं कि पूरी तरह फिट हूं। मैं सीओई स्‍टाफ का शुक्रियाअदा करना चाहता हूं, जिन्‍होंने मेरी मदद की।’

सबसे निराशाजनक चरण: पंत
ऋषभ पंत ने चोट को अपने करियर का सबसे निराशाजनक चरण करार देते हुए स्‍वीकार किया कि शारीरिक रिकवरी के समय मानसिक रूप से मजबूत रहना सबसे चुनौतीपूर्ण होता है।

उन्‍होंने कहा, ‘सकारात्‍मक रहना मानसिक चीज है। चोट के दौरान हौसला गंवाना आसान है। आपकी ऊर्जा का स्‍तर गिर जाता है और निराशा आती है। मगर आप अगर छोटी चीजें खोजों जिससे अच्‍छा महसूस होता है तो उस पर रहना जरूरी है।’ पंत को उम्‍मीद है कि दक्षिण अफ्रीका के खिलाफ 14 नवंबर से शुरू होने वाली टेस्‍ट सीरीज के लिए उन्‍हें भारतीय टीम में जगह मिलेगी।
