ईरान के राष्ट्रपति इब्राहिम रईसी तीन दिनों के चीन के दौरे पर हैं और मंगलवार को उन्होंने चीन के अपने समकक्ष शी जिनपिंग से मुलाकात की। इस दौरान दोनों देशों के बीच अगले 25 वर्षों की साझेदारी को लेकर चर्चा हुई। इस मीटिंग के अजेंडे से ज्यादा अहमियत इस मुलाकात का होना ही है। इसकी वजह य़ह है कि बीते कुछ सालों में तेजी से वैश्विक हालात बदले हैं। चीन और अमेरिका आमने-सामने खड़े हैं। इसके अलावा भारत एशिया में शक्ति संतुलन की स्थिति में है और अमेरिका उसका करीबी दोस्त रहा है। वहीं चीन और पाकिस्तान की दोस्ती की काट भारत हमेशा ईरान के जरिए निकालता रहा है, लेकिन उसके अमेरिका के साथ खराब संबंध रहे हैं। यही नहीं चीन ने जब पाकिस्तान के ग्वादर में पोर्ट बनाया तो भारत ने ईरान के चाबहार में नया बंदरगाह बनाकर उसकी काट करने की कोशिश की थी। साफ है कि चीन और पाकिस्तान की दोस्ती के मुकाबले भारत और ईरान की साझेदारी रही है। अब जब ईरान के राष्ट्रपति ने चीन का दौरा किया है और दोनों मिलकर अमेरिका के मुकाबले एक गठबंधन बनाने की कोशिश में हैं तो वह भारत के खिलाफ भी जा सकता है। भले ही ईरान सीधे तौर पर भारत के खिलाफ नहीं है, लेकिन उसका अमेरिका के मुकाबले के चीन के साथ जाना स्वाभाविक तौर पर भारत के लिए चिंताएं बढ़ाने वाला हो सकता है। रईसी का यह दौरा इसलिए भी अहम है क्योंकि बीते 20 सालों में यह पहला मौका है, जब किसी ईरानी राष्ट्रपति ने चीन की यात्रा की है। इससे पहले दोनों नेताओं की बीते साल सितंबर में उज्बेकिस्तान में एससीओ समिट के दौरान मुलाकात हुई थी। रईसी ने 2021 में ईरान के राष्ट्रपति का पद संभाला था और उसके बाद चीन से रणनीतिक सहयोग समझौता किया था। चीनी मीडिया के मुताबिक इसी के तहत दोनों नेताओं ने मंगलवार को कई अहम समझौतों पर साइन किए। इब्राहिम रईसी अपने साथ सेंट्रल बैंक के गवर्नर और 6 मंत्रियों को भी चीन लेकर पहुंचे हैं। ईरान, रूस, चीन और पाक मिलकर दे सकते हैं टेंशन भारत के नक्शे को देखें तो चीन, ईरान, रूस और पाकिस्तान उसको घेरे हुए हैं। पाकिस्तान और भारत के रिश्ते तो जगजाहिर ही हैं। इसके अलावा चीन भी बीते एक दशक से भारत को घेरने की कोशिशें तेज कर चुका है। चाइना पाकिस्तान इकनॉमिक कॉरिडोर ने दोनों की दोस्ती को और मजबूत किया है। इसके अलावा रूस और यूक्रेन की जंग ने भी समीकरण बदले हैं। चीन ने रूस की एक बार भी जंग के लिए खिलाफत नहीं की और उल्टे कई बार उसका समर्थन ही किया है। इसके अलावा ईरान ने रूस को ड्रोन मुहैया कराए हैं। इस तरह तीन देश यूक्रेन के मसले पर एक होते दिखे हैं। ऐसे में पाकिस्तान भी यदि इनके क्लब में शामिल होने में सफल हुआ तो यह भारत के लिए टेंशन वाली बात हो सकती है।   I find it effective in just evening out the anxiety and fight or flight mechanism.
