दूसरे चंद्र मिशन चंद्रयान-2 की प्रक्षेपण गिनती जारी

श्रीहरिकोटा 14 जुलाई।भारत के दूसरे चंद्र मिशन चंद्रयान-2 की प्रक्षेपण गिनती चल रही है। इसे कल तड़के  दो बजकर 51 मिनट पर यहां के सतीश धवन अंतरिक्ष केन्‍द्र से प्रक्षेपित किया जायेगा। जी एस एल वी-मार्क-3 रॉकेट, चंद्रयान-2 को अंतरिक्ष में लेकर जायेगा।

इस मिशन से चन्‍द्रमा की सतह की बनावट, पानी की उपलब्‍धता तथा भौगोलिक स्थिति के बारे में और जानकारी मिलने की उम्‍मीद है। इस मिशन पर 978 करोड़ रूपये लागत आने का अनुमान है।

इसरो के वैज्ञानिकों ने बताया कि चंद्रयान-2 17 दिनों में पृथ्‍वी का चक्‍कर लगाने के बाद वो इसके प्रभाव से मुक्‍त होकर आगे बढ़ जाएगा। इसके बाद यह चंद्रमा की कक्षा में प्रवेश करेगा और सौ किलोमीटर की दूरी से चंद्रमा की परिक्रमा करेगा। चंद्रमा की विशेष कक्षा में पहुंचने के बाद लैंडर-विक्रम खुद को ऑर्बिटर से अलग कर लेगा और धीमी गति से चंद्रमा के दक्षिणी ध्रुव पर उतरेगा। इसके बाद रोवर-प्रज्ञान लैंडर से निकलकर चंद्रमा की सतह पर पहुंचेगा और ज़रूरी सूचनाएं एकत्र करेगा।

यह मिशन पूर्णत: स्‍वदेशी है। इस मिशन से पृथ्‍वी के एकमात्र प्राकृतिक उपग्रह चंद्रमा के बारे में समझ बढ़ेगी साथ ही युवा पीढ़ी में अंतरिक्ष विज्ञान के प्रति रूचि पैदा करने में प्रेरणा भी मिलेगी।
