छत्तीसगढ़ के चावल का वैल्यू एडिशन और ब्राडिंग कर दुनिया के बाजारों में पहुंचाने की जरूरत-गोयल

रायपुर, 11 जनवरी। केन्द्रीय खाद्य एवं वाणिज्य मंत्री पीयूष गोयल ने कहा कि छत्तीसगढ़ में भरपूर मात्रा में धान होता है।यहां के चावल का वैल्यू एडिशन और ब्राडिंग कर इसे दुनिया के बाजारों में पहुंचाने की जरूरत है। इससे किसानों और व्यापारियों को लाभ मिलेगा।

      श्री गोयल ने वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के माध्यम से राजधानी के एक निजी होटल में आयोजित इंडिया इंटरनेशनल राईस समिट को सम्बोधित करते हुए कहा कि केन्द्र सरकार और राज्य सरकार मिलकर किसानों की बेहतरी तथा छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य के तरक्की के लिए कार्य कर रहे हैं। उन्होंने छत्तीसगढ़ में राईस मिलर्स प्रमोटर्स द्वारा इंडिया इंटरनेशनल राईस समिट के आयोजन के लिए बधाई एवं शुभकामनाएं दी। उन्होंने कहा कि केन्द्र सरकार पोषणयुक्त चावल के उत्पादन पर विशेष ध्यान दे रही है, ताकि किसानों को उनके उत्पादों की अच्छी कीमत मिले। छत्तीसगढ़ में राईस मिलर्स प्रमोटर्स का यह आयोजन छत्तीसगढ़ के किसानों के साथ-साथ प्रदेश के समृद्धि के लिए मील का पत्थर साबित होगा।

    मुख्यमंत्री विष्णु देव साय ने कहा कि धान के कटोरे छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य में इंडिया इंटरनेशनल राइस समिट का आयोजन छत्तीसगढ़ के लिए गौरव की बात है। उन्होंने कहा कि धान से छत्तीसगढ़ की पहचान पूरे देश में है। अब हमें इस पहचान को अंतर्राष्ट्रीय स्तर तक ले जाना है। हमारे यहां धान की जितनी प्रजातियां हैं उतनी अन्य कहीं नही है।

      उन्होने आगे कहा कि हम अपने किसानों को धान का सर्वाधिक मूल्य दे रहे हैं। इस वजह से राज्य में खेती का रकबा तो बढ़ा ही है, साथ ही किसानों की संख्या भी बढ़ी है। जहां पहले 24 लाख किसान पंजीकृत थे वहां अब 27 लाख से अधिक किसानों का पंजीयन हुआ है।उन्होने कहा कि धान की फसल में कम मेहनत में अच्छा फायदा किसानों को मिलता है। छत्तीसगढ़ के चावल को विदेशों को निर्यात किया जाना चाहिए।
