केंद्रीय बजट भारत के सुनहरे भविष्य का दस्तावेज : मुख्यमंत्री साय

रायपुर 01 फरवरी।छत्तीसगढ़ के मुख्यमंत्री विष्णु देव साय ने आज संसद में पेश केंद्रीय बजट 2025-26 भारत के सुनहरे भविष्य का दस्तावेज है। स्वतंत्र भारत के इतिहास के चंद ऐतिहासिक बजटों में से यह एक है।

   श्री साय ने आज यहा बजट पर प्रतिक्रिया व्यक्त करते हुए कहा कि जो प्रावधान इस बजट में किए गए हैं वो केवल प्रधानमंत्री श्री मोदी ही कर सकते हैं। इस बजट ने सिद्ध कर दिया है कि आने वाला समय भारत का है और भारत का स्वर्णिम युवा युग शुरू हो गया है। भारत अब विश्व का नेतृत्व करेगा यह तय हो गया है।

   आज पेश हुआ यह बजट एक ऐतिहासिक बजट है, जिसे भारत देश में हमेशा याद रखा जाएगा। देश के टैक्स पेयर और मध्यम वर्ग का सम्मान करते हुए मोदी सरकार ने एक ऐसा निर्णय लिया है जिसकी कल्पना भी लोगों को नहीं थी, पूर्व की सरकार में जहां 2 लाख रुपए की आय पर टैक्स लगता था, मोदी जी की सरकार में 12 लाख रुपए तक कोई टैक्स नहीं लगेगा।

किसानों के संबंध में प्रावधान –

मुख्यमंत्री श्री साय ने कहा कि मोदी सरकार ने इस बजट में किसानों के उत्थान के लिए दूरगामी नीतियाँ बनाई हैं। इस बजट में कृषि की उत्पादकता बढ़ाने, दालों के क्षेत्र में भारत को आत्मनिर्भर बनाने, किसानों के लिए यूरिया फैक्ट्री लगाने और किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड की लिमिट 3 लाख से बढ़ाकर 5 लाख करने के निर्णय किसानों की तरक्की के लिए मील का पत्थर साबित होंगे।

व्यापार उद्योग एवं रोजगार –

देश के व्यापार-उद्योग को बढ़ावा देने एवं बड़ी संख्या में रोजगार के सृजन के प्रावधान इस बजट में मौजूद हैं। एमएसएमई को लोन की सीमा 5 करोड़ से बढ़ाकर 10 करोड़ रूपए करने का निर्णय, स्टार्टअप के लिए 10 हजार करोड़ का फंड देने एवं अब मेक इन इंडिया के साथ मेक फॉर वर्ल्ड का अभियान भारत को विश्व गुरु बनाने की दिशा में एक ऐतिहासिक निर्णय साबित होगा। 22 लाख श्रमिकों के लिए लेदर स्कीम, एक करोड़ वर्कर्स को सामाजिक सुरक्षा और भारत को खिलौनों का ग्लोबल हब बनाने का निर्णय देश के युवाओं के लिए रोजगार के अनेकों अवसर पैदा करने जा रहा है।

स्वास्थ्य संबंधी निर्णय –

भारत के लोगों के स्वास्थ्य की चिंता करते हुए कैंसर व अन्य गंभीर बीमारियों के इलाज की जीवन रक्षक दवाइयों को पूरी तरीके से टैक्स में छूट दे दी गई है,  साथ ही कैंसर के लिए 200 केयर यूनिट भी बनाई जाएंगी।ऐसे संवेदनशील निर्णय पर हम मोदी सरकार का धन्यवाद करते हैं।

आधारभूत संरचना एवं छत्तीसगढ़ के लिए प्रावधान –

आधारभूत संरचना के लिए राज्यों को डेढ़ लाख करोड़ रुपए दिए जाने का निर्णय राज्यों की आधारभूत संरचना को मजबूत करने वाला प्रशंसनीय निर्णय है। साथ ही 1 लाख करोड़ का फंड अर्बन डेवलपमेंट के लिए मिलने से शहरों का विकास होगा।आदिवासी एवं दलित महिलाओं को 5 लाख तक के लोन का प्रावधान किया गया है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि यह बजट देश के किसानों, युवाओं, महिलाओं को समर्पित बजट है। देश में रोजगार की नई संभावनाओं का सृजन होगा। भारत के विकसित भारत बनने की दिशा में इस बजट के प्रावधान बेहद मददगार साबित होंगे। देश की आधारभूत संरचना मजबूत होगी। देश के हर वर्ग के लिए बजट में प्रावधान है। यह भारत की आर्थिक स्थिति को मजबूत करने वाला बजट है। यह बजट भारत में निवेश की संभावनाओं को प्रबल करेगा और भारत की मैन्युफैक्चरिंग ग्रोथ की संभावनाओं को बल देगा।
