राष्ट्रपति रेफरेंस मामले में 19 अगस्त से दलीलें सुनेगा सुप्रीम कोर्ट

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने एक ऐतिहासिक कदम उठाते हुए राष्ट्रपति रेफरेंस मामले पर सुनवाई का शेड्यूल तय कर दिया है।

यह रेफरेंस इस अहम सवाल को उठाता है कि क्या अदालतें राज्य विधानसभाओं की ओर से पारित बिलों को मंजूरी देने के लिए गवर्नर या राष्ट्रपति के लिए समयसीमा तय कर सकती हैं। इस मामले में केंद्र और राज्यों को 12 अगस्त तक अपने लिखित जवाब दाखिल करने का आदेश दिया गया है।

चीफ जस्टिस बीआर गवई की अगुवाई वाली पांच जजों की बेंच ने साफ कर दिया है कि सुनवाई 19 अगस्त से शुरू होगी।

कोर्ट ने सभी पक्षों को निर्देश दिया है कि वे अपनी दलीलें तय समय में पूरी करें, ताकि इस अहम मामले में जल्द और सटीक फैसला हो सके।

सुनवाई का सख्त शेड्यूल
