कानपुर: हैलट में बनेगा प्रदेश का पहला AI वार्ड, मरीज की हालत बिगड़ते ही बजेगा अलार्म

हैलट अस्पताल में प्रदेश का पहला एआई वार्ड बनाया जा रहा है, जहां सेंसर लगे बेड रात में मरीजों की हालत पर नजर रखेंगे। हालत बिगड़ने पर यह सिस्टम तुरंत अलार्म बजाकर डॉक्टरों को सूचित करेगा, जिससे मरीजों की जान बचाई जा सकेगी।

कानपुर के हैलट अस्पताल में प्रदेश के राजकीय मेडिकल कॉलेजों का पहला आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलीजेंस (एआई) वार्ड बनाया जा रहा है। खास तौर पर रात में रोगी की हालत की मॉनीटरिंग आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलीजेंस करेगा। अगर रोगी की हालत जरा सी बिगड़ी, तो डॉक्टर के पास मैसेज जाने के साथ ही नर्स रूम में अलार्म बज जाएगा। इससे रोगी को तुरंत इमरजेंसी इलाज उपलब्ध हो जाएगा, जिससे जान जाने की नौबत नहीं आने पाएगी।

आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलीजेंस के सेंसर सजग प्रहरी की तरह काम करेंगे। रोगी के अंदरूनी सभी अंगों की बराबर मॉनीटरिंग होती रहेगी। अंगों की स्थिति में आने वाले उतार-चढ़ाव के पल-पल की खबर एआई को रहेगी। मेक इन इंडिया के तहत यह एआई सिस्टम तैयार किया गया है। यह सिस्टम बनाने वाली कंपनी का प्रस्ताव जीएसवीएम मेडिकल कॉलेज प्रबंधन ने स्वीकार कर लिया है।

सिस्टम सीएसआर फंड से लगाने की है योजना
कॉलेज के प्राचार्य डॉ. संजय काला ने बताया कि यह एआई सिस्टम वार्ड तीन और चार में लगाए जाने की योजना है। पहले चरण में वार्ड तीन के 20 बेड पर यह सिस्टम लगाया जाएगा। इसकी सफलता के बाद दोनों वार्ड को इससे सुसज्जित कर दिया जाएगा। एक बेड को इस अत्याधुनिक एआई सिस्टम से युक्त करने में पांच लाख रुपये खर्च आएगा। यह सिस्टम सीएसआर फंड से लगाने की योजना है।

रात 12 बजे से सुबह छह बजे के बीच बिगड़ती है हालत
राजकीय मेडिकल कॉलेजों में हैलट पहला अस्पताल होगा जिसमें यह सिस्टम लगाया जाएगा। डॉ. काला ने बताया कि मध्यम श्रेणी की स्थिति वाले अधिकांश रोगियों की हालत रात 12 बजे से सुबह छह बजे के बीच बिगड़ती है। हालत बिगड़ने पर उन्हें इंटेंसिव केयर यूनिट में शिफ्ट करना होता है। रात में रोगी के मेटाबोलिज्म में उतार-चढ़ाव का असर रहता है। रोगी के तीमारदार और अस्पताल का स्टॉफ नींद की स्थिति में रहता है।

केस बिगड़ने पर अलार्म भी बजेगा
ऐसे में इस आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलीजेंस सिस्टम की बहुत अहमियत रहेगी। उन्होंने बताया कि वार्ड तीन और चार को इसके लिए सुसज्जित किया जा रहा है। चार-पांच महीने में वार्डों के सुंदरीकरण का काम पूरा हो जाएगा। इसके बाद सिस्टम लगाया जाएगा। वार्ड के नर्स स्टाफ कक्ष में कंट्रोल रूम बनाया जाएगा। यहां पर लगे मॉनीटर पर रोगियों की स्थिति की जानकारी आती रहेगी। केस बिगड़ने पर अलार्म भी बजेगा।

ऐसे करेगा काम
रोगी के बेड के नीचे मेट्रस लगाया जाएगा। इस मेट्रस में सेंसर लगे रहेंगे। रोगी के हृदय की धड़कन, ब्लड प्रेशर, ऑक्सीजन सेच्युरेशन लेवल समेत विभिन्न अंगों की गतिविधि पता चलती रहेगी। जैसे ही मरीज को बीपी समेत अन्य कोई दिक्कत हुई तो सेंसर एक्टिव होकर मैसेज भेजना शुरू कर देगा।
