गंगोत्री क्रूज में छिपे आतंकी, हेलिकॉप्टर से एनएसजी कमांडो ने किया रेस्क्यू

वाराणसी: रविदास घाट के सामने रविवार की सुबह गंगा में गंगोत्री क्रूज में आतंकियों के छिपे होने की सूचना पर पहुंची एनएसजी ने हेलिकॉप्टर से रेस्क्यू ऑपरेशन चलाया। क्रूज के ऊपर हेलिकॉप्टर के चक्कर काटने का दृश्य देख पर्यटक और आसपास के नाविक भी सहम गए। समझ नहीं पाए कि अचानक क्या हो गया। बाद में पुलिस ने जानकारी दी कि एनएसजी की मॉकड्रिल चल रही है। लगभग एक घंटे तक मॉकड्रिल चली।

एनएसजी को सूचना मिली कि गंगोत्री क्रूज में कुछ आतंकी घुस आए हैं। इसके बाद एनएसजी कमांडो की टीम ने हेलिकॉप्टर से क्रूज के ऊपर घेरा बनाया। कुछ देर बाद एनएसजी कमांडो एक-एक कर क्रूज में दाखिल हुए। आतंकियों को मार गिराया।

लगभग 30 से 40 मिनट तक हेलिकॉप्टर क्रूज के ऊपर मंडराता रहा और इस बीच घाट पर बैठे पर्यटक और नाविकों ने दूर से ही अपने मोबाइल से इस दृश्य को अपने कैमरे में कैद किया। कुछ लोगों ने सोशल मीडिया पर भी वीडियो और फोटो साझा किए।

डीसीपी काशी जोन गौरव वंशवाल ने बताया कि एनएसजी की मॉक ड्रिल थी। इसके पूर्व घाटों पर बैरिकेडिंग और नाव को हटाने बढ़ाने के साथ ही रेस्क्यू ऑपरेशन चलाया गया।
