ईडी द्वारा दर्ज मामले में आईएएस शुक्ला एवं टुटेजा को अग्रिम जमानत

बिलासपुर 14 अगस्त।छत्तीसगढ़ उच्च न्यायालय ने प्रवर्तन निदेशालय द्वारा मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग के पिछले वर्ष दर्ज मामले में आईएएस आलोक शुक्ला और अनिल टुटेजा को आज अग्रिम जमानत दे दी।

न्यायमूर्ति अरविंद सिंह चंदेल की एकल पीठ ने दोनो अधिकारियों की अग्रिम जमानत की याचिका पर पिछले महीने ही सुनवाई पूरी कर आर्डर सुरक्षित कर लिया था।लगभग एक माह बाद आज सुनाए निर्णय में अदालत ने दोनों अफसरों की अग्रिम जमानत मंजूर कर ली।
