दिल्ली सरकार ने कल से प्राइमरी स्कूलों को किया बन्द

नई दिल्ली 04 नवम्बर।दिल्ली सरकार ने शहर में वायु प्रदूषण के स्तर में सुधार होने तक कल से राष्ट्रीय राजधानी में सभी प्राथमिक स्कूलों और कक्षाओं को बंद करने का फैसला किया है।

दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल ने पत्रकारों से बातचीत में इसकी घोषणा की। उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार जरूरत पड़ने पर राष्ट्रीय राजधानी में वाहनों की सम-विषम योजना लागू करने पर भी विचार कर रही है।

इस बीच राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र में वायु गुणवत्ता प्रबंधन आयोग ने भी राष्ट्रीय राजधानी में वायु प्रदूषण की जांच के लिए अपनी कार्रवाई तेज कर दी है। वायु गुणवत्ता में और गिरावट से बचने के लिए एहतियाती कदम के रूप में आयोग ने कल ग्रेडेड रिस्पांस एक्शन प्लान के चौथे चरण को लागू करने का आदेश दिया। इसके तहत आवश्यक वस्तुओं को ले जाने वाले, आवश्यक सेवाएं प्रदान करने वाले और सभी सीएनजी तथा इलेक्ट्रिक ट्रकों को छोड़कर दिल्ली में ट्रकों के प्रवेश पर प्रतिबंध लगा दिया गया है। इसके अलावा, बीएस-6 वाहनों और आवश्यक तथा आपातकालीन सेवाओं में उपयोग किए जाने वाले वाहनों को छोड़कर, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी और दिल्ली की सीमा से लगे जिलों में डीजल वाले 4-व्हीलर हल्‍के मोटर वाहनों के चलने पर भी प्रतिबंध लगा दिया गया है।

आयोग ने सभी उद्योगों को बंद करने का भी आदेश दिया है। हालांकि, दूध और डेयरी इकाइयों सहित जीवन रक्षक दवाओं तथा चिकित्सा उपकरणों के निर्माण को प्रतिबंधों से छूट दी गई। आयोग ने राजधानी क्षेत्र में राजमार्ग, फ्लाईओवर, बिजली पारेषण और पाइपलाइन सहित सार्वजनिक परियोजनाओं में निर्माण कार्यों पर प्रतिबंध लगाने का भी निर्देश दिया है।
