हर हर महादेव शो को जबरन बंद कराने के आरोप में गिरफ्तार हुए एनसीपी विधायक जितेंद्र आव्हाड के खिलाफ  के 72 घंटे के भीतर एक और मामला दर्ज किया गया है। इस घटना से ठाणे की राजनीति गरमा गई है। विधायक जितेंद्र के खिलाफ ठाणे आयुक्तालय के मुंब्रा पुलिस स्टेशन में छेड़छाड़ का मुकदमा दर्ज हुआ है। जितेंद्र आव्हाड ने इस बारे में ट्वीट भी किया और कहा कि वो विधायकी से इस्तीफा देने का फैसला ले रहे हैं क्योंकि वह अपनी आंखों के सामने लोकतंत्र को मरते हुए नहीं देख सकते। उन्होंने ट्वीट में सीएम एकनाथ शिंदे पर तंज कसा। लिखा- चाणक्य नई शकुनि मामा…शिंदे साहब सावधान रहें। उधर, आव्हाड पर मुकदमे के बाद से ठाणे, मुंब्रा समेत कई इलाकों में एनसीपी समर्थकों ने हिंसक घटनाओं को अंजाम दिया है।

दरअसल, मुंब्रा की एक 40 वर्षीय महिला सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता द्वारा इस मामले में मुकदमा दर्ज करवाया गया है। शिकायत में कहा गया है कि जितेंद्र आव्हाड भीड़ में आगे बढ़ रहे थे, उन्होंने उसे दोनों कंधों को अनुचित तरीके से छूते हुए धक्का दिया और कहा ‘तुम बीच में क्यों खड़े हो? एक तरफ से बाहर निकलो और उसे भीड़ के दूसरी तरफ धकेला। महिला ने सीएम एकनाथ शिंदे से मुलाकात के बाद तुरंत मुंब्रा थाने में जाकर मामला दर्ज कराया। एनसीपी विधायक ने मामले को बताया झूठा मुंब्रा पुलिस अधिकारियों ने पुष्टि की कि जितेंद्र आव्हाड के खिलाफ छेड़छाड़ की धारा के तहत मामला दर्ज किया गया है। जमानत पर बाहर चल रहे विधायक जितेंद्र आव्हाड ने अपने आधिकारिक ट्विटर अकाउंट से ट्वीट किया, “पुलिस ने 72 घंटे में मेरे खिलाफ दूसरा झूठा मामला दर्ज किया और वह भी 354। मैं इसके खिलाफ लड़ूंगा। “चाणक्य कौन है? छेड़छाड़ के मुकदमे के बाद एनसीपी विधायक जितेंद्र ने ट्वीट करते हुए सीएम एकनाथ शिंदे पर निशाना साधा है। उन्होंने ट्वीट किया, “चाणक्य नई शकुनि मामा…शिंदे साहब सावधान रहें।” पार्टी सूत्र बता रहे हैं कि इसका संबंध शिंदे समूह के प्रवक्ता नरेश म्हस्के के लिए हो सकता है। आव्हाड ने दावा किया कि सभी नियमों का उल्लंघन कर उन्हें अवैध रूप से गिरफ्तार किया गया था। साथ ही जब उन्हें सुनवाई के लिए कोर्ट लाया गया तो उन्होंने अपने परिवार से बात करते हुए सनसनीखेज दावा किया। जब मैं पुलिस हिरासत में था, अधिकारियों को लगातार चाणक्य के फोन आ रहे थे। चर्चा थी कि चाणक्य द्वारा जितेंद्र को पुलिस हिरासत में भी भोजन मिलने से रोकने के प्रयास किए गए। सड़क पर उतरे समर्थक उधर, जितेंद्र आव्हाड के खिलाफ लगातार दो मुकदमों के बाद से ठाणे की राजनीति में गर्माहट बढ़ गई है। एनसीपी समर्थक कई जगहों पर हिंसक घटनाओं को अंजाम दे रहे हैं। मीडिया रिपोर्ट है कि ठाणे, मुंब्रा और कुछ अन्य इलाकों में इस तरह की घटनाएं सामने आई हैं। We are importing these products since 8 Years 4 Months 6 Days.
