खरीद फरोख्त के जरिए निकाय चुनाव जीतना चाहती हैं कांग्रेस – अमित

रायपुर, 12 अक्टूबर।जनता कांग्रेस छत्तीसगढ़ (जे) के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष अमित जोगी ने आरोप लगाया है कि कांग्रेस अप्रत्यक्ष चुनाव प्रणाली लागू कर खरीद फरोख्त के जरिए निकाय चुनाव जीतना चाहती है।

श्री जोगी ने आज जारी अपने जारी बयान में कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल के  नगरीय निकाय चुनाव में महापौर और अध्यक्ष पद के लिए चुनाव अप्रत्यक्ष प्रणाली से कराने के आज दिए संकेत से साफ हो गया है कि दंतेवाड़ा विधानसभा चुनाव जीतने के साथ कांग्रेस पार्टी ने ये भी सीख लिया है कि चुनाव पैसे और प्रशासन के दुरुपयोग से कैसे जीता जाता है।

उन्होंने कहा कि उसी सीख को वो नगरीय निकाय चुनाव में भी लागू करने जा रही है। इसीलिए सीधे चुनाव को समाप्त कर अब पार्षदों को प्रलोभन और दबाव डालकर सरकार अपने मनमाफिक महापौर और नगरी निकाय अध्यक्ष थोपने के उद्देश्य से अध्यादेश लाने की तैयार कर रही है।

श्री जोगी ने जनता का अधिकार छीनने के इस कदम को अलोकतांत्रिक करार देते हुए कहा कि दलबदल कानून के प्रावधानों को नगरीय निकाय चुनाव पर भी लागू किया जाना चाहिए जिससे कि राज्य में निकायों में खरीद-फरोख्त और दलबदल को बढ़ावा नही मिले।
