गृह मंत्रालय ने राज्यों से लाकडाउन का कडाई से पालन करने का किया आग्रह

नई दिल्ली 20 अप्रैल।गृह मंत्रालय ने राज्‍यों और केंद्रशासित प्रदेशों से कोविड-19 के खिलाफ लड़ाई में पूर्णबंदी के संशोधित दिशा-निर्देशों को बिना कोई बदलाव किए कडाई से पालन करने का आग्रह किया है।

राज्‍यों को लिखे पत्र में मंत्रालय ने कहा है कि कुछ राज्‍य ऐसी गतिविधियों की अनुमति दे रहे हैं जो गृह मंत्रालय के दिशा-निर्देशों के अंतर्गत स्‍वीकृत नहीं है।

गृह मंत्रालय के प्रवक्‍ता ने कहा कि पूर्णबंदी के दिशा-निर्देशों के उल्‍लंघन की खबरें मिली हैं जिनसे कोविड-19 का फैलाव हो सकता है और जो जन स्‍वास्‍थ्‍य के लिए गंभीर खतरा है। स्‍वास्‍थ्‍यकर्मियों के साथ हिंसक घटनाओं, व्‍यक्तिगत सुरक्षित दूरी और शहरी क्षेत्रों में वाहनों की आवाजाही नियमों के उल्‍लंघन के समाचार मिले हैं। मध्‍यप्रदेश के इंदौर, महाराष्‍ट्र के मुंबई और पुणे, राजस्‍थान के जयपुर और पश्चिम बंगाल में कोलकाता, हावडा, पूर्वी मेदिनीपुर, उत्‍तरी चौबीस परगना, दार्जिलिंग, क‍लीमपोंग और जलपाईगुडी में स्थिति काफी गंभीर है।

केंद्र सरकार ने कोविड-19 की स्थिति का मौके पर आकलन और निवारण के लिए राज्‍य अधिकारियों को आवश्‍यक निर्देश जारी करने और इसकी रिपोर्ट केंद्र सरकार को सौंपने के लिए छह अंतर-मंत्रालय दल गठित किए हैं। ये दल दिशा-निर्देशों के अनुसार पूर्णबंदी नियमों के अमल और पालन, अनिवार्य वस्‍तुओं की आपूर्ति, व्‍यक्तिगत सुरक्षित दूरी, स्‍वास्‍थ्‍य बुनियादी ढांचे की तैयारी, स्‍वास्‍थ्‍यकर्मियों की सुरक्षा और मजदूरों तथा गरीब लोगों के राहत शिविरों की स्थिति पर ध्‍यान देंगे।
