भूपेश ने मितान योजना का किया शुभारंभ

रायपुर 01 मई।छत्तीसगढ़ के मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल ने आज मई दिवस पर अपने निवास कार्यालय में आयोजित समारोह में मुख्यमंत्री मितान योजना का शुभारंभ किया।

इस योजना के माध्यम से सभी नागरिकों विशेषतः बुजुर्गों, दिव्यांगों एवं निरक्षरों को घर बैठे आसानी से 100 प्रकार की सेवाएं घर बैठे ही मिल सकेंगी। अभी वर्तमान में 14 नगर निगमों में 13 प्रकार की सेवा उपलब्ध होगी, शीघ्र ही पूरे प्रदेश में इस योजना का विस्तार किया जाएगा और अन्य सेवाएं भी इस योजना के माध्यम से प्राप्त की जा सकेंगी। इस योजना के शुरू होने से सरकारी प्रक्रिया और आसान होगी। नागरिकों को घर बैठे मितानों के माध्यम से नागरिक सेवाओं का लाभ निर्धारित समय-सीमा में पूर्ण पारदर्शिता के साथ उनके डोर-स्टेप पर मिलेगा।

इसके पहले मुख्यमंत्री श्री बघेल ने अपने निवास के बाहर आयोजित कार्यक्रम में मुख्यमंत्री मितान योजना के लिए तैनात मितानों को टैबलेट वितरित किए और उन्हें हरी झण्डी दिखाकर योजना का शुभारंभ किया और उन्हें कार्य पर रवाना किया।’मुख्यमंत्री मितान योजना’ के तहत नागरिकों को मूल निवास प्रमाण पत्र, जाति प्रमाणपत्र, आय प्रमाण पत्र, दस्तावेज़ की नकल, गैर-डिजिटाइज्ड (भूमि रिकॉर्ड आदि की प्रति), मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र, विवाह पंजीकरण और प्रमाणपत्र, जन्म प्रमाणपत्र, दुकान और स्थापना पंजीकरण, जन्म प्रमाणपत्र सुधार, मृत्यु प्रमाणपत्र सुधार, विवाह प्रमाणपत्र सुधार आदि नागरिक सेवाएं घर बैठे मिलेंगी।

मुख्यमंत्री श्री बघेल की सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता वाली इस योजना के तहत प्राप्त सभी आवेदनों पर मुख्यमंत्री मितान योजना के माध्यम से बिना किसी देरी के प्राथमिकता के आधार पर कार्रवाई की जाएगी। संबंधित आवेदकों को प्रमाण पत्र ’मितान’ द्वारा उनके घर पर प्रदान किए जाएंगे। सभी कलेक्टरों को इस योजना का व्यक्तिगत रूप से मानिटरिंग करने और योजना का सुचारू संचालन सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश जारी किए गए हैं। मुख्यमंत्री मितान योजना के जरिए शासकीय सेवाओं का लाभ उठाने के लिए नागरिकों को मितान टोल फ्री नम्बर 14545 पर कॉल करना होगा। फोन कॉल के बाद मितान उनके घर पहुंचकर आवश्यक दस्तावेज लेंगे और संबंधित कार्यालय से प्रमाण पत्र बनवाकर उनके घर पहुंचाएंगे।
