UPESC: उत्तर प्रदेश शिक्षा सेवा आयोग से उम्मीदवारों को होगा फायदा..

उत्तर प्रदेश में सरकारी शिक्षक भर्ती या पात्रता परीक्षाओं (यूपीटीईटी, एसईटी) की तैयारी में जुटे उम्मीदवारों के लिए महत्वपूर्ण अपडेट आज यानी मंगलवार, 11 जुलाई 2023 को मिल सकता है। यूपी सीएम योगी आदित्यनाथ की अध्यक्षता मंगलवार को होने वाली राज्य कैबिनेट की बैठक में उत्तर प्रदेश शिक्षा सेवा आयोग (यूपीईएससी) के गठन को मंजूरी दिए जाने की संभावनाएं जताई जा रही हैं।

प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार नया गठित जाने वाला उत्तर प्रदेश शिक्षा सेवा आयोग (UPSEC) विभिन्न स्तरों और विधाओं (विद्यालय, विश्वविद्यालय, तकनीकी, आदि) में शिक्षकों (टीजीटी, पीजीटी, पीआरटी, शारीरिक, खेल, कला, आदि), फैकल्टी (प्रोफेसर, एसोशिएट प्रोफेसर, असिस्टेंट प्रोफेसर, आदि) की भर्ती के साथ-साथ पात्रता परीक्षाओं (उत्तर प्रदेश शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा-UPTET, राज्य पात्रता परीक्षा-SET) का भी आयोजन कर सकता है। फिलहाल इन भर्ती और पात्रता परीक्षाओं का आयोजन अलग-अलग आयोग, बोर्ड और परीक्षा नियामक द्वारा किया जाता है।

दरअसल विभिन्न भर्ती और प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं के लिए अलग-अलग आयोग और बोर्ड के स्थान पर एक ही उत्तर प्रदेश शिक्षा सेवा आयोग (यूपीईएससी) का गठन राज्य सरकार की पहल है। इसका उद्देश्य है कि विद्यालयी शिक्षा, उच्च शिक्षा, प्राविधिक शिक्षा, व्यावसायिक शिक्षा, मदरसा शिक्षा, आदि के लिए एक ही आयोग हो, जो कि इन सभी के लिए विभिन्न भर्तियों के साथ-साथ अनिवार्य पात्रता परीक्षाओं का भी आयोजन करे। इससे इन परीक्षाओं के उम्मीदवारों को तारीखों के टकराव और तैयारी के लिए कम समय मिलने, अलग-अलग वेबसाइट पर आवेदन करने और अपडेट जानने, आदि जैसी समस्याओं का सामना नहीं करना पड़ेगा।

यूपी सरकार द्वारा उत्तर प्रदेश शिक्षा सेवा आयोग के गठन की मंजूरी के बाद इसके अधिकार क्षेत्र की परीक्षाओं और नियुक्तियों के लिए अधिक जानकारी मिल सकेगी। हालांकि, विभिन्न मीडिया रिपोर्ट्स के अनुसार यूपीईएससी अन्य आयोग की तुलना में भारी-भरकम होगा। इस आयोग में एक अध्यक्ष और 11 सदस्यों की नियुक्ति की जा सकती है। बता दें कि इस समय यूपी माध्यमिक शिक्षा सेवा चयन बोर्ड फिलहाल सबसे बड़ा है जो कि राज्य के 4.5 हजार से अधिक शासकीय और सहायता प्राप्त विद्यालयों में विभिन्न विषयों के लिए शिक्षकों की भर्ती करता है। इसी प्रकार, राज्य में उच्च शिक्षा के लिए उत्तर प्रदेश उच्चतर शिक्षा सेवा आयोग द्वारा फिलहाल भर्ती की जाती है।
