भूपेश ने 1320 मेगावाट के नए बिजली संयंत्र लगाने के दिए निर्देश

रायपुर 28 अगस्त।छत्तीसगढ़ के मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल ने  1320 मेगावाट के नए बिजली संयंत्र की स्थापना के निर्देश दिए हैं।

यह छत्तीसगढ़ स्टेट पॉवर जनरेशन कंपनी का सबसे बड़ा और सबसे आधुनिक संयंत्र होगा। इसकी स्थापना से छत्तीसगढ़ स्टेट जनरेशन कंपनी के स्वयं की विद्युत उत्पादन क्षमता बढ़कर 4300 मेगावाट हो जाएगी। राज्य स्थापना के बाद पहली बार इतनी क्षमता का विद्युत संयंत्र स्थापित किया जाएगा।

श्री बघेल ने अपने निवास में पॉवर कंपनियों की समीक्षा बैठक ली गई जिसके अंतर्गत भविष्य में विद्युत की मांग की आपूर्ति के लिए आवश्यक विद्युत उपलब्धता की समीक्षा की गई। वर्ष 2030-31 तक अपेक्षित विद्युत मांग में वृद्धि की आपूर्ति हेतु नवीन विद्युत संयंत्र की आवश्यकता होगी।उन्होने राज्य की विद्युत उत्पादन कंपनी को कोरबा पश्चिम में उपलब्ध भूमि पर 2×660 मेगावॉट सुपर क्रिटीकल नवीन विद्युत उत्पादन संयंत्र की स्थापना समुचित कार्रवाई के निर्देश दिये।

विद्युत उत्पादन कंपनी के प्रबंध निदेशक एन.के.बिजौरा ने बताया गया कि यह सुपर क्रिटिकल संयंत्र  अत्याधुनिक तकनीक का होगा।इससे एक ओर बिजली की उपलब्ध सुनिश्चित होगी,  वहीं रोजगार के अवसर भी बढ़ेंगे।उन्होंने बताया कि कोरबा पश्चिम में संयंत्र स्थापना हेतु स्वयं की भूमि उपलब्ध है।साथ ही अपेक्षित परियोजना स्थल पर कोयले की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित करने के लिए वर्तमान चलित उत्पादन संयंत्रों के लिए कंवेयर बेल्ट की सुविधा भी उपलब्ध है।
