सांसद शर्मा ने रामगंज में डाकघर भवन निर्माण के लिए मंत्री सिंधिया को लिखा पत्र

अमेठी 22 सितम्बर।अमेठी के सांसद किशोरीलाल शर्मा ने संचार मंत्री ज्योतिरादित्य माधवराव सिंधिया को पत्र लिखकर रामगंज कस्बे में तीन दशक से डाकघऱ के लिए आवंटित खाली पड़ी भूमि पर डाकघर भवन के निर्माण की स्वीकृति दिए जाने की मांग की है।

    सांसद श्री शर्मा ने मंत्री श्री सिंधिया को जिला परिवर्तन समिति आसल रामगंज के दिए पत्र को भी साथ में प्रेषित किया है जिसमें बताया गया हैं कि संसदीय क्षेत्र अमेठी के अन्तर्गत सुलतानपुर डाक अधीक्षक के अधीन रामंगज डाकघर वर्षों से एक किराए के छोटे से भवन में चल रहा हैं।इस डाकघर से सुलतानपुर एवं अमेठी जिलों के 18 सब डाकघर सम्बद्ध हैं। सरकार की नई व्यवस्था के तहत यहां पर आधार कार्ड का भी कार्य होता हैं। भवन छोटा होने से भीड़ के कारण लोगो को भारी मुश्किल का सामना करना पड़ता हैं।

     लगभग साढ़े तीन दशक पूर्व तत्कालीन संचार मंत्री के निर्देश पर यहां संचार मंत्रालय की तरफ से डाकघऱ के भवन निर्माण के लिए भूमि की मांग की गई थी।डाकघऱ के लिए शासकीय भूमि का आवंटन जिला प्रशासन द्वारा निशुल्क उसी समय कर दिया गया था।यह भूमि अभी भी राजस्व रिकार्ड में डाकघऱ के भवन के लिए दर्ज है।भूमि की आवंटन प्रक्रिया से पूर्व ही केन्द्र की तत्कालीन सरकार गिर गई और चुनाव आचार संहिता लगने के कारण भवन निर्माण के लिए राशि आवंटित नही हो सकी थी।

     तीन दशक में रामगंज ग्रामीण बाजार से कस्बे के रूप में परिवर्तित हो गया है।कस्बे के निकट में त्रिसुन्ड़ी औद्योगिक क्षेत्र विकसित हो चुका हैं।कस्बे में डाकघऱ भवन के निर्माण की अत्याधिक आवश्यकता हैं। डाकघऱ के भवन के लिए आवंटित जमीन भी काफी कीमती हो गई है,और उस भूमाफियाओं की निगाह लगी रहती हैं।   

    सांसद श्री शर्मा ने बताया कि रामगंज में डाकघर का भवन बनना बहुत ही आवश्यक है।इसकी जल्द से जल्द मंजूरी दिलवाने का वह पूरा प्रयास करेंगे।
