रणनीतिक संचार और एआई उपयोग पर केंद्रित जनसंपर्क अधिकारियों की राज्य स्तरीय कार्यशाला संपन्न

रायपुर, 13 जनवरी। बदलते मीडिया परिदृश्य में प्रभावी, विश्वसनीय और समयबद्ध संचार को सशक्त बनाने के उद्देश्य से जनसंपर्क विभाग के अधिकारियों की दो दिवसीय राज्य स्तरीय कौशल संवर्धन कार्यशाला आज समाप्त हो गई।

   कार्यशाला के दूसरे दिन रणनीतिक संचार, जनसंपर्क की प्रशासनिक भूमिका तथा आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलिजेंस (एआई) के व्यावहारिक उपयोग पर गहन विचार-विमर्श किया गया। इस दौरान अधिकारियों ने विशेषज्ञों से सवाल-जवाब के माध्यम से अपनी जिज्ञासाओं का समाधान भी किया। कार्यशाला में संचालनालय सहित प्रदेश के सभी जिला जनसंपर्क कार्यालयों के अधिकारी शामिल हुए।

 समापन सत्र को संबोधित करते हुए मुख्यमंत्री के मीडिया सलाहकार पंकज झा ने कहा कि जनसंपर्क अधिकारियों के लिए मीडिया के साथ विश्वासपूर्ण और निरंतर संवाद अत्यंत आवश्यक है। उन्होंने कार्यशाला को समयानुकूल और उपयोगी बताते हुए उम्मीद जताई कि इससे अधिकारियों की पेशेवर दक्षता बढ़ेगी और वे आधुनिक तकनीकों के माध्यम से अपने दायित्वों का अधिक प्रभावी ढंग से निर्वहन कर सकेंगे। उन्होंने इस प्रकार के प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम नियमित रूप से आयोजित करने का सुझाव भी दिया।

  कार्यशाला के पहले सत्र में वरिष्ठ पत्रकार एवं जनसंपर्क विभाग के सेवानिवृत्त अपर संचालक श्री सुभाष मिश्रा ने रेस (RACE) फार्मूला के माध्यम से प्रभावी जनसंपर्क के उभरते रुझानों पर प्रकाश डाला। उन्होंने शोध (Research), कार्य (Action), संचार (Communication) और मूल्यांकन (Evaluation) को जनसंपर्क की आधारशिला बताते हुए कहा कि परिणामोन्मुख जनसंपर्क के लिए शोध आधारित योजना और निरंतर मूल्यांकन अनिवार्य है।

दूसरे सत्र में छत्तीसगढ़ साहित्य परिषद के अध्यक्ष श्री शशांक शर्मा ने डिजिटल मीडिया के बढ़ते प्रभाव, फेक न्यूज की चुनौती और त्वरित एवं तथ्यपरक प्रतिक्रिया की आवश्यकता पर चर्चा की। उन्होंने कहा कि जनसंपर्क अधिकारियों को मीडिया की अपेक्षाओं को समझते हुए संतुलित और विश्वसनीय जानकारी उपलब्ध करानी चाहिए।

   तीसरे सत्र में सेवानिवृत्त आईएएस अधिकारी एवं लेखक सुशील त्रिवेदी ने जनसंपर्क अधिकारियों के गुणों और प्रशासन में उनकी भूमिका पर मार्गदर्शन दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि जनसंपर्क अधिकारी शासन और जनता के बीच सेतु होते हैं और जनभावनाओं को समझकर उन्हें प्रशासन तक पहुँचाना उनकी महत्वपूर्ण जिम्मेदारी है।

अंतिम सत्र में वरिष्ठ पत्रकार जोसेफ जॉन ने जनसंपर्क के कार्यों में एआई के प्रभावी उपयोग की संभावनाओं पर विस्तार से जानकारी दी। उन्होंने सही प्रॉम्प्ट तकनीक, एआई हैलुसिनेशन की पहचान, ह्यूमैन-इन-द-लूप की आवश्यकता तथा एआई टूल्स के माध्यम से त्वरित अनुसंधान, कंटेंट निर्माण, तथ्य-जांच और कार्यों को अधिक सरल व प्रभावी बनाने के तरीकों का व्यावहारिक प्रशिक्षण दिया। कार्यशाला में अपर संचालक सहित संचालनालय एवं जिलों में पदस्थ अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
