अन्नदाता किसानों के साथ नहीं होगा अन्याय – बघेल

रायपुर 08दिसम्बर।छत्तीसगढ़ के मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल ने कहा है कि हम अन्नदाता किसानों के साथ अन्याय नहीं होने देंगे।अभी समर्थन मूल्य पर धान खरीद कर रहे हैं, लेकिन हम 2500 रूपए क्विंटल में खरीद का अपना वादा पूरा करेंगे।

श्री बघेल ने आज यहां इन्डोर स्टेडियम में किसान संघ बिलासपुर द्वारा आयोजित अभिनंदन समारोह को सम्बोधित करते हुए कहा कि किसानों की जेब में धान का प्रति क्विंटल 2500 सौ रूपया जाएगा।धान के मूल्य की अंतर की राशि नई योजना बनाकर दी जाएगी।इस अवसर पर किसान संघ के पदाधिकारियों ने मुख्यमंत्री श्री बघेल को हल भेंटकर और खुमरी पहनाकर अभिनंदन किया।

उन्होने कहा कि प्रदेश में किसानों की जिंदगी को खुशहाल बनाने के लिए निरन्तर कार्य हो रहे हैं। हमने किसानों की तकलीफ को नजदीक से जाना और समझा है। इन्हें किसी तरह से नुकसान न हो, यह हमारी सरकार का मुख्य ध्येय है।इसे ध्यान में रखते हुए राज्य में हमारी सरकार के बनते ही धान की 2500 रूपए प्रति क्विंटल में खरीदी और 1248 करोड़ रूपए की कर्जमाफी की गई। उन्होंने कहा कि किसानों को हम पर पूरा भरोसा है। पिछले साल नवंबर से धान खरीदी शुरू होने के बाद भी नई सरकार के गठन के बाद किसानों ने 25 सौ रूपए में धान बेचने के लिए अपने खलिहानों में रखा। ऐसे किसान जो पहले धान बेच चुके थे उन्हें भी हमने अंतर की राशि का भुगतान किया।

उन्होने कहा कि किसानों के हितों को ध्यान में रखते हुए हमारी सरकार ने धान से एथनाल बनाने का निर्णय लिया है। इससे किसानों को अच्छी कीमत मिलेगी। वहीं एथनाल प्लांट लगने से स्थानीय स्तर पर रोजगार मिलेगा। इसके अलावा विदेशी मुद्रा की बचत होगी। उन्होंने बताया कि छत्तीसगढ़ में धान से एथनाल बनाने के लिए प्लांट के लिए टेण्डर भी निकाला जा चुका है। एक बार एथनाल का उत्पादन शुरू होने के बाद हमें किसी पर निर्भर रहने की जरूरत नहीं पड़ेगी।
