राज्यपाल ने अभिभावकों से अपील किया कि कोई भी बच्चा शिक्षा से वंचित न रहे और उन्हें इस शैक्षणिक सत्र में अवश्य प्रवेश दिलाएं।साथ ही उनका स्वागत कर उत्साहवर्धन भी करें।
