मोदी के जन्म दिन पर आरंग क्षेत्र को 168 करोड़ रूपए के विकास कार्यो की सौगात

रायपुर 17 सितम्बर।छत्तीसगढ़ के राजधानी से सटे आरंग क्षेत्र में प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के 67वें जन्मदिन पर आज मुख्यमंत्री डा.रमन सिंह एवं केन्द्रीय सूचना एवं प्रसारण मंत्री स्मृति ईरानी ने लगभग 168 करोड़ रूपए के विकास कार्यो का लोकार्पण और भूमिपूजन किया।

समारोह में मुख्यमंत्री सायकल सहायता योजना के तहत असंगठित क्षेत्र की पांच सौ महिला श्रमिकों को निःशुल्क सायकलें वितरित की गई। इसके अलावा प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना, प्रधानमंत्री उज्ज्वला योजना, मुद्रा योजना, प्रधानमंत्री स्टैण्ड इण्डिया, सुकन्या समृद्धि योजना, शाकम्भरी योजना, सौर सुजला योजना, राजमाता विजयाराजे कन्या विवाह योजना, एलईडी बल्व वितरण आदि योजनाओं के तहत हितग्राहियों को अनुदान राशि के चेक और सामग्री का वितरण किया गया।
मुख्यमंत्री डॉ.सिंह ने इस मौके पर लोगो को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि आज का दिन ऐतिहासिक है।उन्होंने कहा कि श्री नरेंद्र मोदी देश को नई ऊर्जा देने वाले और विकास की नई कहानी लिखने वाले प्रधानमंत्री हैं।श्री मोदी देश ही नही दुनिया को नई दिशा देने का सामर्थ्य रखते है।मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि छत्तीसगढ़ की सूखा पीड़ित किसानों और जनता के दर्द को प्रधानमंत्री ने समझा और पिछले साल खरीदे गए धान के लिए प्रति क्विंटल 300 रूपए बोनस देने की स्वीकृति दी है। छत्तीसगढ़ के लगभग 13 लाख 50 हजार किसानों को 2100 करोड़ रूपए का बोनस दिवाली के पहले दिया जाएगा।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि मोदी जी के नेतृत्व में स्वच्छता अभियान आज जन आंदोलन बन गया है। मोदी जी ने देश को 2 अक्टूबर 2019 तक खुले में शौच मुक्त करने का लक्ष्य रखा है, प्रदेश़वासियों ने यह संकल्प किया है कि उससे एक साले पहले ही 2 अक्टूबर 2018 तक छत्तीसगढ़ को पूर्णतः खुले में शौच मुक्त बना लिया जाएगा। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि मैं आज जनता के सामने विकास कार्यो के साथ-साथ यह विश्वास दिलाने आया हॅू भविष्य में छत्तीसगढ़ के विकास की रफ्तार कई गुनी बढ़ेगी।
केन्द्रीय सूचना एवं प्रसारण मंत्री श्रीमती स्मृति ईरानी ने कार्यक्रम को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि शायद देश के इतिहास में श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी जैसा सशक्त नेतृत्व पहली बार मिला है जो गरीब के घर में पैदा होकर जनता की सेवा का भाव लिए राष्ट्र का नेतृत्व कर रहे है। श्री मोदी ने प्रधानमंत्री बनने के बाद प्रथम उद्बोधन में ही कहा था कि वो प्रधानमंत्री नही बल्कि प्रधानसेवक हैं।

श्रीमती ईरानी ने कहा कि छत्तीसगढ़ में जनता और जनप्रतिनिधियों के बीच लगातार सम्पर्क और संवाद बना रहता है। मुख्यमंत्री डॉ.सिंह स्वयं विकास कार्यो को लेकर जनता के बीच बार-बार जाते है। आज भी नवनिर्माण का संकल्प लेकर वे आपके सामने उपस्थित हुए हैं।डॉ.सिंह ने छत्तीसगढ़ में विकास को एक नई परिभाषा दी है। उन्होंने नए स्वर और नए शब्दों से परिभाषित किया है।

कार्यक्रम को संबोधित करते हुए रायपुर लोकसभा क्षेत्र के सांसद रमेश बैस और छत्तीसगढ़ शासन के कृषि मंत्री बृजमोहन अग्रवाल ने राज्य में विगत 14 साल में हुए विकास कार्यो को विस्तार से बताया।
