न कोई कर्ज, न कोई कर, सबके लिये सहूलियत का बजट- कांग्रेस

रायपुर 06 मार्च।छत्तीसगढ़ प्रदेश कांग्रेस संचार विभाग अध्यक्ष सुशील आनंद शुक्ला ने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल द्वारा प्रस्तुत किया गया बजट छत्तीसगढ़ के उज्जवल भविष्य के निर्माण में सहायक सिद्ध होगा इस बजट में मुख्यमंत्री ने सृदृढ़ और आत्मनिर्भर छत्तीसगढ़ की नींव रखी है।

श्री शुक्ला ने बजट पर प्रतिक्रिया व्यक्त करते हुये कहा कि 3500 करोड़ के राजस्व आधिक्य का यह बजट मुख्यमंत्री के कुशल वित्तीय प्रबंधन का आईना है। वर्तमान वित्तीय वर्ष में एक रू भी कर्ज नही लेकर विपक्ष के प्रोपोगंडा पर करारा तमाचा है जो कहते थे सरकार कर्ज पर चल रही थी उनको इसका अध्ययन करना चाहिये।

उन्होने कहा कि बजट में वर्ष 2023-24 के लिये कोई भी कर नहीं लगाने का प्रस्ताव किया गया है। साथ ही बजट में आने वाले साल में राज्य के अपने राजस्व में 26 प्रतिशत की वृद्धि अनुमानित हैं यह इस बात का प्रमाण है कि वर्तमान सरकार उत्पादकता पर जोर दे रही है, जिससे बिना कर वृद्धि के राज्य का राजस्व 26 प्रतिशत तक बढ़ रहा है। राज्य की अपनी राजस्व प्राप्तियां 56200 करोड़ है, जो केन्द्र से प्राप्त राजस्व 49800 करोड़ से कहीं अधिक है, यह भी आत्म निर्भर छत्तीसगढ़ का प्रमाण है।

श्री शुक्ला ने कहा कि विगत छह महीनों से छत्तीसगढ़ में मुद्दाविहीन भाजपाई प्रधानमंत्री आवास लेकर तथ्यहीन आरोप लगा रहे थे। इस बजट में भाजपाईयों के झूठ का पर्दाफाश हुआ है। प्रधानमंत्री आवास के तहत छत्तीसगढ़ में अब तक 8लाख 42 हजार 289 आवास पूर्ण हो चुके है। भारत सरकार ने आगामी वित्तीय वर्ष 2023-24 के लिये छत्तीसगढ़ को 2 लाख 30 हजार ग्रामीण आवास बनाने का लक्ष्य दिया है। जिस लक्ष्य को शत प्रतिशत पूरा करने भूपेश बघेल सरकार ने इस बजट में 3 हजार 238 करोड़ का प्रावधान किया है।
