देश के बैंकिंग, वित्तीय सेवा एवं बीमा (बीएफएसआई) क्षेत्र में पिछले दो दशकों में असाधारण वृद्धि देखी गई है। बीएफएसआई क्षेत्र की बाजार पूंजी 50.5 गुना बढ़कर 2025 में 91 लाख करोड़ रुपये पहुंच गई। 2005 में यह सिर्फ 1.8 लाख करोड़ थी। खास बात है कि यह क्षेत्र हर साल 22 फीसदी की चक्रवृद्धि दर से बढ़ रहा है।  बजाज फिनसर्व एएमसी की रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, 20 वर्षों में बीएफएसआई क्षेत्र का जीडीपी में योगदान 2005 के 6 फीसदी से बढ़कर 2025 में 27 फीसदी के स्तर पर पहुंच गया। यह वृद्धि मजबूत वित्तीयकरण, नियामकीय सुधारों और जनसांख्यिकीय लाभांश से प्रेरित है। बीएफएसआई क्षेत्र ने दो दशकों में लगातार बेहतर प्रदर्शन किया है।

बीमा : पूंजी 10 लाख करोड़
