पड़ोसी राज्यों की बेहतर पुलिसिंग का अध्ययन करने के गृहमंत्री ने दिए निर्देश

रायपुर 15 नवम्बर।छत्तीसगढ़ के गृह मंत्री ताम्रध्वज साहू ने महाराष्ट्र, तेलंगाना आदि अन्य राज्यों में बेहतर पुलिसिंग सेवा का अध्ययन करने तथा वहां की अच्छी कार्यप्रणाली को छत्तीसगढ़ में लागू करने के लिए प्रस्ताव तैयार करने के निर्देश दिए है।

श्री साहू ने आज रायपुर जिले के पुलिस अधीक्षक एवं थाना प्रभारियों की बैठक लेकर अपराधों पर नियंत्रण रखने, थानों की व्यवस्था सुधारने, पुलिस चौकियों एवं थानों का उन्नयन तथा उनके परिसीमन के निर्देश दिए।उन्होंने कहा कि पुलिस महकमे को बेहतर कार्यप्रणाली के जरिए जनता की अपेक्षाओं पर खरे उतरना है।थानों में आगंतुक कक्ष बनाए, वहां बैठने के लिए अच्छा बेंच, चेयर, सोफा तथा पेयजल की व्यवस्था हो।
