समाज कल्याण विभाग के घोटाले की सीबीआई ही करेंगी जांच

बिलासपुर 11 फऱवरी। छत्तीसगढ़ उच्च न्यायालय ने समाज कल्याण विभाग के छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य निशक्तजन स्त्रोत संस्थान में हुए 1000 करोड़ के घोटाले पर राज्य सरकार की पुनर्विचार याचिका को खारिज कर दिया।अब इस मामले की सीबीआई ही जांच करेंगी।

सीबीआई को जांच का आदेश दिए जाने के खिलाफ शासन की ओर से पुनर्विचार याचिका दाखिल की गई थी। याचिका में कहा गया कि राज्य शासन किसी भी भ्र्ष्टाचार को बढ़ावा नही देगा। शासन ने मामले को जांच एवं कार्रवाई के लिए सीबीआई के बजाय स्टेट पुलिस को दिए जाने की मांग की।अदालत ने सुनवाई उपरान्त मामले को निर्णय के लिए सुरक्षित रखा था।

अदालत ने पूर्व में अधिकारियो की दो याचिकाएं खारिज कर दी थी।आज शासन की भी पुनर्विचार याचिका को ख़ारिज कर दिया है।

उल्लेखनीय है कि अदालत के आदेश के बाद सीबीआई ने अज्ञात आरोपियो के खिलाफ जुर्म दर्ज कर मामले को जांच में ले लिया है। इसके साथ ही सीबीआई ने राज्य शासन से दस्तावेजों की मांग की है। हाईकोर्ट के इस आदेश के बाद अब मामले की सीबीआई ही जांच करेगी।
