शिवरीनारायण माघ मेले में कोविड प्रोटोकाल का कड़ाई से पालन करने के निर्देश

जांजगीर 20 फरवरी।छत्तीसगढ़ के जांजगीर जिले में लगने वाले प्रसिद्द शिवरीनारायण माघ मेले में कोविड प्रोटोकाल का कड़ाई से पालन करने के निर्देश दिए गए है।

कलेक्टर यशवंत कुमार ने आज  नगर पंचायत शिवरीनारायण के  कार्यालय भवन में जनप्रतिनिधियों और अधिकारियों की बैठक लेकर शिवरीनारायण मेले के  सुरक्षित आयोजन के संबंध में चर्चा की।  कलेक्टर ने कहा कि मेला आयोजन के साथ  कोविड-19, सहित स्वास्थ्य सुरक्षा के निर्देशों का कड़ाई से पालन करवाया जाएगा।  मेला स्थल और मंदिर परिसर में कोविड से संबंधित स्वास्थ्य विभाग के निर्देशों के अनुसार व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित होने पर मेला का आयोजन होगा।  मेला आयोजन समिति नगर पंचायत होगी।

कलेक्टर ने कहा कि मेला स्थल के  प्रवेश द्वार पर पहचान पत्र के आधार पर आगंतुकों की पंजी संधारित की जाएगी।  सभी आगंतुकों को पहचान पत्र लेकर आना अनिवार्य होगा। अन्य राज्यों से आए श्रद्धालुओं को कोविड-19 निगेटिव का रिपोर्ट साथ में लाना होगा।  यह रिपोर्ट तीन दिन से अधिक पुरानी नहीं होनी चाहिए।  मेला स्थल पर भी कोविड जांच की व्यवस्था रहेगी। संक्रमित पाए जाने पर  स्वास्थ्य विभाग के प्रोटोकाल के अनुसार कार्रवाई होगी।

कलेक्टर ने कहा कि मांघ पूर्णिमा की तिथि के बाद अन्य दिनों के लिए मेला का समय सुबह 10 बजे से रात्रि 10  बजे तक  रहेगा।  भीड़ वाले आयोजन जैसे मौत का कुआं, ओपन थिएटर आदि में निर्धारित क्षमता के अनुसार ही प्रवेश की अनुमति होगी। ओपन थिएटर  संचालन के लिए रात्रि 11 बजे तक की अनुमति रहेगी।

कलेक्टर ने कहा कि  मेला स्थल की निगरानी के लिए सीसी कैमरा की व्यवस्था आयोजन समिति करेगी।  प्रवेश द्वार, स्टाल, स्वास्थ्य परिक्षण स्थलों पर  नगर पंचायत के कर्मचारी प्रतिनिधि के रूप में संबंधित विभागों का सहयोग करेंगें।  कोविड प्रोटोकाल का उल्लंघन पाए जाने पर दुकान बंद करवाने अथवा मेला स्थगित करने की भी कार्रवाई की जा सकेगी। जिसकी जिम्मेदारी आयोजन समिति की होगी।
