झारखंड विधानसभा के विशेष सत्र में आरक्षण नीति और अधिवास नीति को मंजूरी

रांची 11 नवम्बर।झारखंड विधानसभा के एक दिन के विशेष सत्र के दौरान आरक्षण नीति और राज्‍य अधिवास नीति 1932 से संबंधित दो महत्‍वपूर्ण विधेयक ध्‍वनि मत से पारित कर दिये गए।

मुख्‍यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन ने दोनों विधेयक आज सदन के पटल पर रखे। झारखंड में पदों और सेवाओं की रिक्तियों में आरक्षण संशोधन विधेयक  प्रस्‍तुत करते हुए उन्होने कहा कि सीधी भर्ती के माध्‍यम से राज्‍य में सरकारी नियुक्तियों में 77 प्रतिशत आरक्षण का प्रावधान किया गया है जबकि 23 प्रतिशत पद मेरिट के आधार पर भरे जायेंगे।

श्री सोरेन ने कहा कि इस अधिनियम के तहत परिभाषित स्‍थानीय  व्‍यक्ति सामाजिक सुरक्षा, सामाजिक बीमा और रोजगार-बेरोजगार के संबंध में राज्‍य की सभी योजनाओं और नीतियों के लाभ के हकदार होंगे। स्‍थानीय नागरिकों को अपनी भूमि, रोजगार, कृषि ऋण और अन्‍य ऋण के बारे में विशेषाधिकार और संरक्षण होगा।
