पंद्रहवें वित्त आयोग से 30 अक्टूबर तक अपनी रिपोर्ट पेश करने का अनुरोध

नई दिल्ली 04 जनवरी। वित्त मंत्री अरुण जेटली ने बताया है कि पंद्रहवें वित्त आयोग से इस साल 30 अक्टूबर तक अपनी रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करने को कहा गया है।

लोकसभा में प्रश्नकाल के दौरान पूरक प्रश्नों का उत्तर देते हुए श्री जेटली ने कहा कि पंद्रहवें वित्त आयोग के विचारणीय विषयों में बताया गया है कि आयोग सिफारिशें करते समय 2011 की जनसंख्या के आंकड़ों का इस्तेमाल करेगा। वित्‍तमंत्री ने कहा कि आयोग को जनसंख्या नियंत्रण के आधार पर करों में राज्यों की हिस्सेदारी का निर्धारण करने का भी अधिकार होगा।

उन्होने कहा कि..जिन स्‍टेट्स में जनसख्‍ंया के ऊपर नियंत्रण रखा है उनको इनसेंटिव्स दिए जाएंगे। लेकिन आधार तो आज की जनसंख्‍या हो सकती है। एक का तात्‍पर्य यह है कि अगर आप जनसंख्‍या नियंत्रण करते हैं तो उसके आधार पर आपका लोकसभा में प्रतिनिधित्‍व कम नहीं होगा। लेकिन दूसरे का विषय है कि अगर आप कम करते हैं, तो उसकी वजह से आपके साधन कम हो जाएं ऐसा प्रयास नहीं होगा..।
