राहुल ने औपचारिक रूप से दिया कांग्रेस के अध्यक्ष पद से त्याग पत्र

नई दिल्ली 03 जुलाई।श्री राहुल गांधी ने आज औपचारिक रूप से कांग्रेस के अध्‍यक्ष पद से त्‍याग पत्र दे दिया।

श्री गांधी ने ट्वीटर पर अपने आज चार पन्नों के शेयर किए इस्तीफे में कहा कि अध्‍यक्ष के रूप में पार्टी की सेवा करना उनके लिए गर्व की बात थी।उन्होने कहा कि वे लोकसभा चुनाव में पार्टी की हार के लिए जिम्‍मेदार है।उन्‍होंने कहा कि भविष्‍य में कांग्रेस की मजबूती के लिए जवाबदेही अत्‍यंत महत्‍वपूर्ण है,इसीलिए वे त्‍याग पत्र दे रहे हैं।

उन्होने इस्तीफे में कहा, ‘मैं एक कांग्रेसजन के तौर पर पैदा हुआ, यह पार्टी हमेशा मेरे साथ रही है और यह मेरी रगो में है और हमेशा रहेगी।लोकसभा चुनाव में कांग्रेस की जबरदस्त हार की नैतिक जिम्मेदारी लेते हुए राहुल ने 25 मई को हुई सीडब्ल्यूसी की बैठक में पार्टी अध्यक्ष पद से इस्तीफा दे दिया था। इसके साथ ही कांग्रेस नेता लगातार उनसे अनुरोध कर रहे थे कि वह अपना इस्तीफा देने का फैसला बदल लें। ट्वीटर पर इस्तीफे को शेयर किए जाने पर उनका अध्यक्ष पद से हटना तय हो गया है।
