केन्द्र ने आपातकालीन कार्रवाई और स्वास्थ्य प्रणाली तैयारी पैकेज को दी मंजूरी

नई दिल्ली 09अप्रैल।केन्‍द्र सरकार ने कोरोना संक्रमण से निपटने के लिए आपातकालीन कार्रवाई और स्‍वास्‍थ्‍य प्रणाली तैयारी पैकेज को मंजूरी दी है।

स्‍वास्‍थ्‍य मंत्रालय ने सभी राज्‍यों और केन्‍द्र शासित प्रदेशों के अपर मुख्‍य सचिवों, प्रधान सचिवों और स्‍वास्‍थ्‍य आयुक्‍तों को लिखे पत्र में कहा है कि इस पैकेज के लिए पूरा धन केन्‍द्र सरकार उपलब्‍ध कराएगी और इसे इस वर्ष जनवरी से मार्च 2024 तक तीन चरणों में लागू किया जाएगा।

पत्र में कहा गया है कि केन्‍द्रीय स्‍वास्‍थ्‍य मंत्रालय राष्‍ट्रीय स्‍वास्‍थ्‍य मिशन के पहले चरण को जून 2020 तक कार्यान्‍वित करने के लिए राज्‍यों और केन्‍द्र शासित प्रदेशों को धन जारी कर रहा है।पहले चरण में किए जाने वाले मुख्‍य कार्यों में विशिष्‍ट कोरोना अस्‍पतालों, विशेष निगरानी वाले ब्‍लॉकों और वेंटिलेटर ऑक्‍सीजन की आपूर्ति वाली सघन चिकित्‍सा ईकाइयों का विकास करना तथा प्रयोगशालाओं को बेहतर बनाना शामिल हैं।इस चरण में चिन्हित प्रयोगशालाओं की सुविधाओं और जांच क्षमता का विस्‍तार किया जाएगा तथा नमूनों को ले जाने की सुविधा भी कायम की जाएगी।
